We do not accept returns on innerwear. All items must be in same condition as when purchased. All sales are final. There are no returns or exchanges on sale items. Merchandise can be returned within 30 days of pickup or delivery. Credit will be issued in the same form as payment.

There are no returns on the following items:

Sketchbooks, Pens, Pencils, Colored Pencils, any opened or used item. Perishable Items, Consignment Items, Custom-Cut Fabrics/Paper, Consumables, Special Orders.

Please note that no credit is given for shipping charges. 

Shipping charges are based on the total of your order. Unfortunately we are currently not accepting international orders. A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided. Rush orders available upon request, at customers' expense. All items are shipped out within 2-3 days of receipt, unless out of stock. Packages are only shipped during regular hours Monday through Friday.
